Description
- Sensory paths are an effective and very useful addition to the play infrastructure, which additionally supports sensory integration in both able-bodied children and children with disabilities or developmental disorders.
- The Sensory Path is created by using a series of different surfaces, giving different sensations perceived with bare feet. In the sensory path, the texture of individual elements and their temperature are important, which affects the sense of touch and visual stimuli - various colors of materials that can interestingly change into one another.
- TERMA Sensory Path is a solution ready to be installed in the field, which also includes barriers enabling the use of the device by people who need support to stand upright. The device is mounted on foundations. It is a straight section with a choice of 3 versions with a length of 6, 8 and 10 meters.
- The device complies with PN-EN 1176 standard.
Indications
For able-bodied users, for people with intellectual disabilities, sensory integration disorders, for people with mobility disabilities, resulting in moving around in a wheelchair, but with the possibility of verticalization and walking to a certain extent. For people with neurological disorders (strokes, MS) and for seniors.
